Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Koolbase Inc. for your use of the Ripplet chat app.

Agreement: By creating a Ripplet account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ripplet. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ripplet.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Ripplet. Accounts that post objectionable content or behave abusively are removed.

You agree not to send, share, or post content that is:

  • Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation of any person
  • Hateful or discriminatory content targeting any person or group
  • Sexually explicit content, and any sexual content involving minors
  • Violent or graphic content, or content glorifying self-harm or terrorism
  • Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity
  • Spam, scams, phishing, or deliberately deceptive messages
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
  • Content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy

You also agree not to abuse other users — including contacting someone after they have blocked you, coordinated harassment, or attempting to circumvent the safety tools described below.

2. Safety tools and moderation

Every Ripplet user can act immediately:

Report a user

Open the conversation menu and choose Report, with a reason. Reports reach our moderation team immediately.

Block a user

Open the conversation menu and choose Block. Blocked users cannot send you messages — blocks are enforced on our servers, not merely hidden in the app.

Delete your account

Available any time from your profile. Your account, messages, and photos are removed permanently.

We review reports and act on violations. Depending on severity, we may remove content, suspend an account, or terminate it permanently and without notice. Accounts terminated for abuse may not be recreated. We may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything sent from it. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile in the app. Deletion is permanent.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and photos you send. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate Ripplet — to store, transmit, and display your content to the people you send it to, and to review it when it is reported.

We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising. Our handling of your data is described in the Ripplet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Service availability and liability

RIPPLET IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOOLBASE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RIPPLET.

We work to keep Ripplet running and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Ripplet evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Ripplet after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
